We believe that the Bible is God’s word, given to us as the key to real happiness, not just now, but for ever. It is the Word of Life: an invitation to everlasting life and citizenship of God’s future Kingdom on this earth.
To understand the Bible’s message and enjoy the benefits, we have to read it for ourselves, so the entire King James Version is built into this website, with a reading plan that works through the Bible in three short portions each day, completing the Old Testament once, and the New Testament twice, each year.
Portion 1 comes from Genesis to Job, Portion 2 from Psalms to Malachi and Portion 3 from the New Testament. So that we are never far from reading the life story and teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, we split the New Testament into four groups each beginning with one of the gospels - Matthew and Romans, Mark and the two letters to the Corinthians, Luke followed by Galatians to Philippians, and finally John’s gospel followed by Acts then Colossians through to Revelation. This scheme fits neatly into six months and the same sequence is repeated in the second half of each year.
